Complimentary Repairs and Adjustments

Your satisfaction with my jewelry means everything to me. If you ever have an issue with any accessory part—such as jump rings, clasps, or chain links—whether you need links removed, added, or replaced, I will make those adjustments at no additional cost for any piece purchased from me.

Recently, I discovered that a small batch of jump rings (connectors) from a new supplier were not up to my usual quality standards. In rare cases, the gold finish may have worn off to reveal the steel underneath. If you have one of these pieces, please know that I will gladly replace the jump rings for free.

I will be at Wolfchase Galleria Mall through August 31, 2025. You can bring your piece back to me here, or after that date, call or email me (contact details are here) to arrange a time to visit my new popup location or meet at a convenient spot so I can make the repair on the spot.
